ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to take appropriate action against the seventh respondent, who has encroached the water catchment area in survey Nos.659A and 559A, Muthugudi Village and to stop the illegal constructions made by him and further, to remove the illegal construction, based on the Petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2014.
2. A counter has been filed by the fourth respondent herein, wherein in paragraph Nos.5, 7 and 8, it is stated that action has been taken against the seventh respondent and further construction has been stopped and steps have been taken to remove the encroachments made by the seventh respondent.
3. We have perused paragraphs - 5, 7 and 8 of the counter affidavit filed by the fourth respondent.
4. Having gone through the counter affidavit, we find no justification to issue any further direction and therefore, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
