ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 294 (b),323 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. 32 of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity the petitioners abused the defacto complainant, attacked him and threatened him with dire consequences.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is a case in counter , there was a quarrel between the petitioner and the de-facto complainant and on the complaint given by the petitioner, the case was also registered in Crime No.31 of 2018 against the de-facto complainant. He would further submit that the injured has also been discharged from the hospital. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that case and counter case have been lodged by the respective parties. He would further submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
