This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the represenation dated 17.06.2015 to disburse the drought relief and crop insurance amount for S.No.86/1A, 81/4B, 83/4B and 83/1 in Baganur Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District to the Petitioner. 2.

Regarding the above prayer, the petitioner has made a representation dated 17.06.2015 to the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. 3.

Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.9602 of 2015 dated 15.06.2015, on the subject matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as the other parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
