ORDER

The present petition has been filed by A1 to A3 in C.C. No. 35 of 2025 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, seeking to quash the charge sheet, wherein they have been charged with offences under Sections 296(b), 118(1) and 351(2) of BNS.

2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise, wherein the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person before this Court and acknowledges the fact that the parties have entered into an agreement for quashing of C.C. No. 35 of 2025 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai.

4. Considering the above said facts, the C.C. No. 35 of 2025 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The joint compromise memo dated 10.03.2026 shall form part and parcel of this order. 18.03.2026 tta 2/4
