O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consier the petitioner's undated representation which was acknowledged by the first respondent through the letter dated 27.11.2014 in Mu.Mu.No.045554/C.N.2/2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner sent a representation which was acknowledged by the first respondent through letter dated 27.11.2014 by which the request for transfer from Palayamkottai to Madurai, is pending. Since no progress has been made, the present writ petition has been filed.

respondent through letter dated 27.11.2014, this Court issues a direction to the said authority to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
