Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that they have not received any complaint against the petitioner herein.

W.P.(MD)No.6854 of 2020 3.The writ petitioner appears to be a qualified Homeopathy practitioner. The specific stand of the respondents is that the petitioner has not been harassed in any manner whatsoever with regard to running of her clinic. I make it clear that the respondents shall not interfere with the medical practice of the petitioner. If the respondents intend to take any action against the petitioner, they will have to strictly adhere to due process of law.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
