Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the 3rd respondent in R.No.5818/E1/2019 dated 21.01.2020 and impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Ref.No.50814/E6/1/2018 dated 31.08.2018 as far as the fixing the salary of the petitioner notionally and recovery of the salary of the petitioner and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to revise the pay scale of the petitioner as Senior Civil Surgeon w.e.f 01.12.2011 and with all monetary benefits w.e.f April 2013 till attaining the post of Chief Civil Surgeon and consequently directing the respondents to pay salary as Chief Civil Surgeon with effect from October 2019 with arrears of salary.
