Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.4.2015 and to measure the properties comprised in survey numbers 181/1 and 181/2 in Poongudi Village Kulathur Taluk Pudukottai District and earmark boundaries of the land and issue separate patta to the petitioner in respect of the properties mentioned in her representation within the time limit that may be prescribed by this Honble Court.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition directing respondents to measure and fix the boundary of the petitioner for the lands owned by her and thereafter, issue a separate patta.
2. Mr.K.Guru, learned Addl.Govt.Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. The learned Addl.Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to measure and fix the boundary of the petitioner for the lands owned by her and thereafter, issue a separate patta, by considering her representation, dated 30.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the adjoining owners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
