Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to relax the condition imposed by the order dated 26.3.2021 passed in Crl.A. (MD).No.132 of 2021.

Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14A(2) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, to call for the entire records relating to the order dated 04.03.2021 passed in Cr.M.P.No.222 of 2021 in Crime No.1031 of 2020 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Karur and to set aside the same as arbitrary and consequently to release the petitioner on bail in connection with the FIR in Crime No.1031 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent Police.

ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Krishnaveni, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Saravanakumar, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) On Behalf of the Respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)No.132 of 2021, dated 26.03.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.3391 of 2021 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.132 of 2021, dated 26.03.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.132 of 2021, dated 26.03.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
