Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Ceritiorarified Mandamus , calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st Respondent in his proceedings Mu.Mu No. 9350/A3/2013 dated 18.06.2014, and the consequential paper publication issued by the 3rd respondent in Daily Thanthi dated 05.07.2014, and Quash the same, and direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as P.G. Assistant (Economicsw ) as per rule 15(4) of the TamilNadu Recognized private Schools (Regulation) Rules and confer all the consequential benefits.
