ORDER

The civil revision petition is filed challenging an order dated 12.03.2021 made in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.69 of 2020 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Sattur.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, both sides learned counsel would submit that the property, which was sought to be attached before judgment, has since been sold by the Bank in other proceedings and as such, nothing further survives to be adjudicated in the civil revision petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
