ORDER
The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to take necessary action on the compliant, dated 14.02.2025 lodged by the petitioner which is pending in CSR No.93 of 2025 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 01.03.2025.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was already enquired and closed on 24.02.2025. Again the petitioner sent a representation, dated 01.03.2025 for the same complaint. However, they will dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a week. 2/5

Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider the representation of the petitioner and to take action and already for the same complaint the respondents conducted enquiry and closed and now the present complaint also pending with the second respondent, recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 01.03.2025 within a period of one (1) week from the date of this order in accordance with law.
5. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 18.03.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes BTR 3/5
