ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition directing the first respondent to return the document No.P14/2014 presented by the petitioner on 21.11.2014 , pending on his file.

2. Mr.K.Guru learned Addl.Govt.Pleader takes notice for the official respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, making such prayer, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents on 19.03.2015. Hence, it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Addl.Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.03.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

giving notice to the petitioner as well as the other interested parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
