ORDER:- This Civil Revision petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 20/04/2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in IA No.14 of 2016 in OS No.446 of 2005, with in a period of four months, and the requisition letter dated 23/12/2022 in D.No.1405 of 2022,submitted by the Sub Judge, Tirumangalam, this Court made the following order:

"The Learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, sent a letter dated 20.12.2022, requesting further time of four months to dispose of I.A.No.14/2016 in O.S.No.446/2005, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 20.04.2022.
