ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 379 of I.P.C. r/w. Section 21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.723 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.6544 of 2020 has been arrested. Hence, this criminal original petition for anticipatory is not maintainable. Therefore, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to move this Court by filling necessary bail petition.
