The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that there is some encroachments including E.B.Post, in Poriyalar Nagar 7th street, Tiruppalai, Madurai-14 (Ward No.25).

2. The seventh respondent has filed a detailed counter, denying the allegation of encroachment. However, it is for the Authorities concerned to consider and decide the issue, in accordance with law. We find no cause to entertain the present petition as a public interest litigation.

3. With the above observation, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
