This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.12.2015 in the nature and circumstances of the case.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 31.12.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
