ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 was arrested on 25.01.2018 by the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under section 174 Cr.P.C @ 306 IPC r/w 34 IPC, in connection with a case, in Crime No.668 of 2002 on the file of the respondent police and hence seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that the petitioner went to Gujarat for earning purpose due to his family poverty and he forgotten to appear before the trial court, due to which, NBW was issued as against the petitioner for his non-appearance by the trial court in connection with a case in SC No.111 of 2013. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 21.01.2018.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of incarceration by the petitioner, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

5.Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, MAHILA Court, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
