This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2015 and thereby direct the Respondent to provide 10(1) Adangal in Old Settlement Patta No.95 in Survey Nos.7/10, 103/1, 151/5 in Settlement Fasali No.1367, situated at 38, Idaiya Melur Village, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner has made a representation dated 25.03.2015 to the respondent seeking the above prayer. Now the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate, who took notice on behalf of the respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion as to the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner in this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.03.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders, after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as the interested parties if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
