ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry in respect of the punja lands, comprised in Survey Nos.87/2 and 87/3, R.Palakurichi Village, as per the communication, vide O.Mu.A3/2113/2020, dated 27.05.2020 of the first respondent and to send a report to the first respondent and further direct the first respondent to pass suitable orders to rectify the error in Patta Nos.504 and 798, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.According to the petitioner, a wrong entry, in respect of his joint family properties, was made in the Patta during the UDR Scheme. Therefore, there is a necessity to mutate the names in the revenue records.
In this regard, the petitioner gave a representation dated 18.05.2020, to the second respondent. Since no action has been taken on the petitioner's representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

W.P.(MD)No.6897 of 2020 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2020 was duly considered and his request was rejected by the second respondent, vide his proceedings dated 22.06.2020 and a copy of which, is yet to be served on the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader undertakes to serve a copy of the said proceedings within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also undertakes to serve a copy through WhatsApp to the learned counsel for the petitioner forthwith.
4.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is for him to work out his remedy before the appropriate authority, if so advised.
