ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.23 of 2024 pending on the file of the second respondent and to file a final report.
2. According to the petitioner, he is the de facto complainant in this case and based on his complaint, a case in Crime No.23 of 2024 was registered for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. After registration of FIR, no proper investigation was conducted and not filed final report so far. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation is pending and so many documents involved in this case. Therefore, they will complete the investigation within two months.
4. Since the case is pending from the year 2024, and so far no final report was filed, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the 2/4
investigation and file final report, within a period of two (2) months from the date of this order.
5. With the above said observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
