ORDER

The petitioner/defacto complainant has come forward with this petition seeking to cancel the interim bail granted to the respondents 1 & 2/Accused Nos.1 & 2 in Cr.M.P.No.2393 of 2016, dated 22.09.2016 on the file of the learned II-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli.

2.Heard both sides.

3.After the accused have obtained interim bail, they have threatened the petitioner and a complaint has been given in C.S.R.No.295 of 2016 for the subsequent incident. 4.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that accused Nos.1 and 2 have been complying with the conditions mentioned in the order, dated 22.09.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the fact that the order is complied with, this Court is not inclined to cancel the interim bail. If at all the petitioner/defacto complainant has any grievance, he can agitate the same before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law and in accordance with law.

6.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
