Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6450 of 2020 2.It is seen from the records, there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. Therefore, the complaint lodged by the petitioner, seeking police protection cannot be considered. The petitioner is directed to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
