This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 11.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the second respondent has not received the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.04.2016 so far.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to take action in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
