This petition is filed seeking for police protection to the life of petitioner and fence his property on the basis of his representation dated 07.10.2016.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent Police is ready to give police protection provided petitioner pays the cost. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to bear the entire cost for giving police protection, as per his representation, dated 07.10.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on

either side, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner's land, at the time of fencing, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2016 at the cost of the petitioner.
