O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry except due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, on the complaint given by the petitioner's wife Maheswari, against the petitioner herein, petition enquiry is pending.

4.In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry and the petitioner and his family members are also directed to co-operate with the respondent Police for enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, it is open to the respondent Police to register F.I.R., and this Order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
