This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life and limbs of the petitioner by considering his representation dated 17.04.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents.

3. Today, Mr.M.Balasubramanian, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Kulithalai Police Station, is present before this Court. 4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner against the third respondent, petition enquiry is pending.

5. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry and cooperate with the enquiry. The respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and call both the parties and ensure that no physical harm befalls the petitioner. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
