ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to return the documents, namely, sale deed Document No. 331/1982, dated 29.03.1982 and sale deed Document No. 307/1984, dated 27.01.1984, pursuant to the letter issued by the second respondent to the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.A3/3144/2024, dated 19.08.2024.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the documents are old and therefore, he has to search the same and to ascertain whether the documents are available. Only, thereafter the same can be returned.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders as per law. In case, if the documents are not available, the respondent may issue a nonavailability certificate. 2/4

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
