O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to implement the petitioner's second and third review and on the base of the same to revise the petitioner's salary and disburse the salary arrear amount on the base of the petitioner's representation, dated 12.02.2025
2. The petitioner is working as a Conductor in the second respondent Corporation. He made a representation to the respondents on 12.02.2025 to implement his second and third review and revise the salary and to disburse the salary arrears.
3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that they will consider the representation, dated 12.02.2025 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with the law within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
4. In view of the same, in my considered opinion, it is appropriate and reasonable to dispose of this writ petition at the stage of admission with the consent of both parties without going into the merits of the case with a direction 2/4
to the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 12.02.2025 of the petitioner within a stipulated time to meet the ends of justice.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 12.02.2025 of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
