ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.5286 of 2020, dated 05.05.2020, for producing the sureties and for excuting the bail bond.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
