PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the respondent no.2 to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this court.

ORDER
The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 11.03.2022.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, I am informed that the wife of the petitioner had already lodged a complaint as against the petitioner herein and the same has been registered in Crime No.248 of 2021.
3.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the private respondents and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
