ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Additional District Judge No.III for PCR Cases, Madurai, to consider the bail application of the petitioners herein on the same day of surrender pertaining to the Crime No.1255/2020 on the file of the Respondent Police Station.

In Cr.O.P(MD) No.7221 of 2020, dated 10.07.2020, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the trial Court and the concerned trial Court was directed to consider the petitioner's bail application on the same day of surrender itself. Later, seeking extension of time, the petitioner has filed Crl.M.P(MD) No.617 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7221 of 2020, that was ordered and it was also expired. After lapse of three years, this petition has been filed seeking the very same relief.

3. Such sort of repreated request cannot be entertained by this Court and it is clearly abuse of the process of the Court. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned trial Court and seek regular bail. On this sole ground, this petition deserves to be dismissed. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. 29.03.2023 NCC :
