ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to regulate the rate of interest being charged by the 8th respondent herein for the gold loads pledged by the petitioner.

2.In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation dated 21.06.2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in the light of the Division Bench Judgment of this Court in AR.Jeyarhuthran v. Union of India, reported in 2014(2) CWC 899. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate who took notice for the respondents 6 and 7.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2015, in the light of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in AR.Jeyarhuthran v. Union of India, reported in 2014(2) CWC 899, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
