Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose the appeal dated 01.02.2022 preferred by the petitioner as against the order of the second respondent vide his proceedings dated Na.Ka.
No.617/E2/2021 dated 14.12.2021 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a limited prayer for disposal of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner before the first respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Aggrieved by the order of the second respondent rejecting the petitioner's application seeking for cancellation of a document, the petitioner has preferred a statutory appeal before the first respondent on 01.02.2022. 3. Heard Mr.Mohamed Suhail, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.John Rajadurai, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner is disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner dated 01.02.2022, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
