Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned addendum issued by the TNPSC vide its Notification No.9D/2024 dated 13.02.2025 and quash the same as illegal insofar as it relates to the age criteria for the posts coming under the purview of the Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Limited and consequently, direct the respondents to

provide age concession of 2 years as per G.O.(Ms)No.91, Human Resources Management Department, dated 13.09.2021, to the posts coming under the purview of the Tamil Nadu power Distribution Corporation Limited, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
