ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the first and the second accused in CC.No.2341 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein they have been charged with the offences under Sections 404, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC.

2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant was agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in person and she acknowledges the fact that she has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

4. Considering the above said facts, the charge sheet in C.C.No.2341 of 2024, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, is hereby quashed.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. 12.03.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
