CMP(MD). No.4058 of 2019 ORDER:- Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.

V.K.Vijayaraghavan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. T.R.Subramanian, Advocate for the 1st respondent (in all cases), this Court made the following order:

Heard.

2 These Petitons have been filed by the petitioner seeking to substitute the present partner of the firm of the respondents 1 to 3, K.G.R.Sekar, Instead of deceased partners K.G.Ramasamy and K.G.R.Sathyavathi Devi, in the above Second Appeal. 3 The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 3 namely, K.G.Ramasami died on 28.12.2018 and the partner of the 2nd respondent's firm namely, K.G.R.Sathyavathi Devi died on 19.02.2019 and now the same are managed and represented by their son K.G.R.Sekar. Therefore, the present petitions have been filed of the above said relief. 4 Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and also considering the memo filed on the side of the respondents 1 to 3, these petitions are allowed as prayed for.

5 Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title and post the main second appeal for hearing on 15.10.2019.
