This petition is filed to call for the records in M.C.No.262 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and quash the proceedings as against the petitioners.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.
3.The first petitioner is the husband of the 1st respondent and the petitioners 2 to 4 are the in-laws of the 1st respondent. Since allegations have been made against the petitioners, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.262 of 2014.
4.In fine, this petition is dismissed. However, the appearance of the petitioners 2 to 4 before the trial court is dispensed with and they are directed to appear before the trial court, whenever their presence is required. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.(MD) Nos.10234 and 10241of 2016 is closed.
