This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to alter the First Information Reprot in Crime No.123 of 2013 dated 19.04.2013 as per the appropriate sections of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent.

3. Today, Mr.L.Prasath, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Cumbum North Police Station, is present before this Court. 4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that initially a case in Crime No.123/2013 was registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C. and now, the case has been altered to one under Section 302 IPC and two accused have been arrested.
