ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 379(NH), 427 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.63 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners abused and attacked the defacto complainant by wooden log and damaged the bike, thereby, the defacto complainant sustained injury. Hence, he lodged a complaint against the petitioners before the respondent police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that injured has been discharged from the hospital. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only)each, with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Ramanthapuram, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
