Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406 and 420 I.P.C. in Crime No.02 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.It is a case of job racketing. A sum of Rs.1,40,00,000/- (Rupees one crore and forty lakhs only) was collected from the victims with an assurance that he would get them employment in the railway department. A reading of the First Information Report and on perusing of the entire records, it is seen that the petitioner had played important role in collecting the money. said collected amount to the co-accused and the co-accused only had cheated all of them.
