This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st respondent to take up the enquiry in pursuant to the complaint of the Petitioner, dated 26.10.2015 and to register a case.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Mayilvahana Rajendran, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the complaint and enquiry an FIR has been registered in this case in Crime No.5 of 2017, on the file of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, on 17.04.2017 and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
