ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.09.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 457 and 511 I.P.C in Crime No.129 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The case of the prosecution is that on 11.03.2016, at about 11 in midnight, some unknown persons entered into the house of the defacto complainant with an intention of committing theft in the house.

4.According to the petitioner, he is innocent of the offence foisted against him. He would further submit that the petitioner has been undergoing incarceration for the past 29 days.

5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner had committed two other crimes within a period of one hour.

6. Considering the fact the petitioner has involved in some other cases and the stolen articles were not yet recovered, this
