ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.09.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 I.P.C in Crime No.128 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The case of the prosecution is that on 11.03.2016, at about 12.15 p.m, some unknown persons entered into the house of the defacto complainant, by broke open the door and robbed Rs.5,000/- from the house of the defacto complainant. 4.According to the petitioner, he is innocent of the offence foisted against him. He would further submit that the petitioner has been undergoing incarceration for the past 29 days.

5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the defacto complainant is working as an Inspector of Police and the some of the stolen articles were not yet recovered. She further submitted that the petitioner had committed two other crimes within a period of one hour.

6. Considering the fact the petitioner has involved in some other cases and the stolen articles were not yet recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.Accordingly, this petition for bail is dismissed. sd/- 02/11/2016 / TRUE COPY / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.3)
