PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute in between the petitioner and 4th respondent.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the second and third respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute in between the petitioner and fourth respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police had issue CSR and the same was closed on 08.04.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6982 of 2022 3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
