This petition is filed by the wife of the life convict to consider her representation to grant 28 days ordinary leave for the life convict to attend his daughter's marriage and to mobilize fund.

2. The Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the representation for grant of ordinary leave was considered by the Prison Authorities, having found the life convict has not completed three years of imprisonment, rejected the request vide proceedings, dated 13.03.2025.
