This petition is filed to quash the proceedings of the second respondent dated 28.09.2016 transferring the petitioner's complaint to the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the complaint given by the petitioner to the second respondent was forwarded to the third respondent for necessary action and it has to be registered by the second respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after issuing impugned order, the third respondent has withdrawn it and registered a case in Crime No.23 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 506(2) IPC.
