ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to take necessary action against the respondents 3 to 4 based on the petitioner's representations, dated 20.01.2024 and 22.01.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that already the representations of the petitioner was considered and closed on 30.03.2024 as mistake of fact. The petitioner also participated in the proceedings and already the copy also served to the petitioner. However, today, based on the direction of this Court, once again served the copy to the petitioner. Therefore, it is 2/4

for the petitioner to take appropriate steps to challenge the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.

3. In view of the same, by preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law, this writ petition stands closed.
