O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.208 of 2021 on the file of the fourth respondent to the third respondent or any other investigation agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet came to be filed before the learned I Additional Sub Judge, Tenkasi and the learned Judge has taken cognizance in S.C.No.120 of 2023.

4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and the same stands closed.
