Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner apprehends that survey will be conducted by riding roughshod over her objections. The order dated 19.12.2023 made in W.P.(MD)No.30285 of 2023 protects the petitioner's rights. If the petitioner gives any objection tomorrow, it shall be considered and speaking order shall be passed. The petitioner shall be given a breathing period of six weeks to obtain any restraint order. Survey can be conducted only thereafter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
